NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting for 2008/2009 will be held on:
WEDNESDAY 8th JULY 2009
at Redbridge Sports Centre, Forest Road, Barkingside, Ilford
commencing at 8.00 pm.
Motions for the Agenda, together with Nominations of Officers should be received not later than 30th May 2009. All Motions and Nominations MUST be accompanied by the names and affiliation club of the proposer and seconder.
Nomination forms for the Elsie Saunders Memorial Trophy and the Edith Carter Umpiring Trophy are enclosed. Please complete and return them not later than 30th May 2009.
