ADULT FITNESS & SOCIAL NETBALL COURSE 2009

TUESDAYS

7.30pm - 8.45pm

on the Outdoor Courts @ Redbridge Sports Centre

An alternative workout to the gym or aerobic class!

Whether you’ve never played before or you used to and haven’t played in a while, this could be the course for you.

Includes:

Basic fitness warm-ups and drills

Varied netball skills

Games & a bit of a laugh!

EVERY TUESDAY (except if pouring rain!)

Either book in at Reception or just turn up on the night at the Outdoor Arena

Course Cost: Ultra, Ultra UK & Executive Members FREE

Members £4.70 per wk

Non-members £4.90 per wk
