The league is played usually on every other Saturday, but is planned around the National Calendar supplied by the All England Netball Association.

The results are published on the website of Horizon, who supply the league software.

RE: Redbridge Sports and Leisure’s Hardplay Courts Update

Now that the 2009-2010 Season is underway, I write to keep you informed of the maintenance and improvement work on the Hardplay Netball Courts.

Since our last update in February 2009, which gave a step by step summary of the past maintenance work we had undertaken to maintain and improve the netball facilities at the Centre, I am pleased to say further work has been completed.

At the start of September 2009 a moss and algae treatment was applied to all 12 Hardplay court surfaces. These chemicals were applied and left for approximately 10 – 14 days to allow the treatment to work on localised areas of moss and ensure all moss/algae was dead before power washing commenced.

Over the last two - three weeks, high pressure washing of all 12 courts has been completed to thoroughly deep cleanse the area, removing excess dirt, moss and stones to help improve drainage, safety and slip resistance.

Following guidance from Colour Works, the company who completed the above maintenance work, we are looking to carry out the moss/algae treatment 1 – 2 times per year in future, which will help to prevent surface water drainage problems.

On Saturday 24th October, there will be an information stand at the Outdoor Arena, providing information about the New Sports Hall proposal and future plans for our courts, which will see netballers benefit from access to 3 indoor netball courts, as well as resurfaced outdoor courts. Please come along to find out more on the day.

I am Municipal sports officer ,Kigoma Regional in Tanzania country.

I initiate netball development program for children U-14 .

This program involved primary school pupils.So we are looking the donation of old netball kit.

For further detail read my article in Englandnetball magazine subcribe on Aug ,2009 in page 38 it shows our pupils who played without equitpment.

So if we have anything to contribute let me then i will give the detail how can we post without any cost.

Also i will be ready to send our project proposal to you.
